F AJUSTE DA ALTURA DA MECHA
Depois de algum tempo de utilização, a combustão pode não ter altura suficiente
(Secção D). Neste caso ajuste a altura da mecha para melhorar a chama. Para esta
operação o aquecedor tem estar desligado. Siga as instruções em baixo:
1 Pressione o botão OFF (Fig. N).
2 Puxe o botão giratório de forma a retirá-lo do aquecedor. O sistema de
bloqueio da mecha fica visível.
3 Segure o anel plástico entre o indicador e o polegar e puxe-o. Suba-o um
passo, para a posição 2 ou 3 (Fig. O). Cuidadosamente, coloque o anel na sua
posição original até ficar, perfeitamente, encaixado.
4 Cuidadosamente, coloque o botão giratório na sua posição original. O
botão tem apenas uma posição de encaixe, se necessário verifique na parte de
trás do botão.
Se o ajuste da altura da mecha não surtir o efeito desejado, deixe o aquecedor
funcionar até terminar o combustível no depósito (Secção H).
Se a chama continua muito baixa e a mecha está na posição 3 contacte o ponto de
venda ou substitua a mecha, conforme descrição na Secção M.
Se a chama se tornar demasiado alta depois do ajuste (Fig. R), a altura da mecha
deverá ser colocada de novo numa posição mais baixa. Caso não efetue esta
operação pode libertar-se fumo ou fuligem.
G FALHAS, CAUSAS E SOLUÇÕES
Se as falhas não forem resolvidas com as indicações abaixo, por favor contate o seu
revendedor.
O AQUECEDOR NÃO LIGA.
As baterias não estão posicionadas, corretamente, no suporte.
Verificar (Fig. F).
As pilhas não têm energia suficiente para a ignição.
Substituir as pilhas. (Fig. F).
O aquecedor consumiu o combustível todo ou a mecha foi substituída.
Depois de reabastecer e colocar o depósito removível, esperar 30 minutos para
acender o aquecedor.
CHAMA IRREGULAR E/OU FULIGEM E/OU CHEIROS.
A câmara de combustão não está colocada de forma correta.
Use a alça da câmara de combustão para deslizar para a esquerda e para a
direita até ficar nivelada.
Está a usar combustível fora do prazo de validade.
Comece cada temporada de utilização com combustível novo. Nunca colocar o
combustível num local exposto ao sol.
Está a usar um tipo de combustível incorreto.
Veja O COMBUSTÍVEL CORRETO. (ver Secção. «O que precisa saber
previamente»).
Há acumulação de pó na parte inferior do aquecedor.
Contate o seu revendedor.
A altura da mecha não está correta.
Ver Secção F.
AQUECEDOR APAGA LENTAMENTE.
Depósito removível está vazio.
Ver Secção B.
O combustível está contaminado com água.
Seque o filtro de combustível (Secção H, Fig. P).
