LA STUFA CONTINUA A BRUCIARE AL MINIMO.
Lo stoppino è troppo basso.
Regolare l’altezza dello stoppino a una posizione più alta. (cfr. capitolo F)
Prima del rifornimento la stufa doveva aver finito quasi tutto il combustibile.
Riempire il serbatoio estraibile di combustibile ed attendere 30 minuti prima
di procedere all’accensione.
Si fa uso di combustibile vecchio o del tipo sbagliato.
Cfr. IL COMBUSTIBILE GIUSTO (cfr. capitolo ‘Osservazioni generali’).
Il locale non ha una ventilazione sufficiente.
Rivolgersi al rivenditore.
LA STUFA BRUCIA TROPPO, CON FIAMME NON REGOLARI.
Quando la stufa è nuova la fiamma tenderà ad essere alta per il fatto dei nuovi
componenti. La fiamma si ridurrà dopo circa 10 ore di funzionamento.
Si fa uso di un combustibile sbagliato, troppo volatile.

Lo stoppino è troppo alto.
Regolare l’altezza dello stoppino a una posizione più bassa. (cfr. capitolo F)
H LA MANUTENZIONE
La stufa richiede una manutenzione minima. Tuttavia, occorre eliminare
periodicamente polvere e sporco con un panno umido, perché potrebbero crearsi
macchie difficili da eliminare. Normalmente sono solo 4 le parti che si consumano.
1. LE BATTERIE
Le batterie possono essere sostituite. Controllare il suono della scarica di scintil-
le. Se il suono è fioco, il voltaggio della batteria è basso. Sostituire la batteria.
Controllare il bruciatore d’accensione dopo la procedura di manutenzione 3 se il
suono non cambia dopo la sostituzione della batteria. Non gettare le batterie vec-
chie fra i rifiuti domestici. Seguire le vigenti normative locali sullo smaltimento di
piccoli rifiuti chimici.
2. LO STOPPINO
Per prolungare la durata dello stoppino, ogni tanto occorre fare bruciare la
stufa fino a che non è completamente vuota (fino a che non si spegne da sola),
soprattutto quando si nota che la fiamma diventa più debole. Se si fa bruciare la
stufa fino a che è vuota, si può creare un odore cattivo; per questo si consiglia di
compiere quest’operazione al di fuori dello spazio abitativo.
3. ELETTRODI
Se gli elettrodi si sporcano con carbone o catrame, pulirli. Se gli elettrodi sprofon-
dano nello stoppino, possono derivarne guasti di accensione. Verificare la osizione
degli elettrodi. Fare attenzione a non versare l’acqua sugli elettrodi.
4. IL FILTRO
Controllare periodicamente anche il filtro del carburante:
Togliere il serbatoio estraibile e il filtro dalla stufa (fig. P). Poiché possono cadere
alcune gocce di carburante, tenere un panno a portata di mano. Picchiettare il
filtro su una superficie rigida, tenendolo capovolto, per togliere lo sporco. (Non
pulirlo mai con acqua!) Riporre il filtro nella stufa.
L’utente non deve rimuovere da solo le parti della stufa. Per un’eventuale
riparazione contattare sempre il rivenditore.
Prima di procedere alla manutenzione lasciare raffreddare la stufa.
