E EXTINCTION DE L’APPAREIL
Appuyez sur le bouton d’extinction . La flamme s’eteindra après quelques
instants (fig. N).
F RÉAJUSTEMENT DE LA HAUTEUR DE LA MÈCHE
Après un certain temps d’utilisation, la combustion ne s’effectue plus suffisamment
(chapitre D). Dans ce cas, vous pouvez régler la hauteur de la mèche. Eteignez
l’appareil. Procédez comme suit:
1 Appuyez sur le bouton d’extinction (fig. N).
2 Tirez le bouton central de l’appareil de manière à ce que le verrouillage
soit visible.
3 Mettez la bague plastique entre le pouce et l’index et tirez-la vers l’avant.
Tournez la bague de 1 palier plus haut vers la position 2 ou 3 (fig. O). Pressez
la bague avec précaution de manière à ce que l’évidement réenveloppe le
petit cliquet.
4 Poussez avec précaution le bouton central pour le mettre en place. Cela ne
peut s’effectuer que d’une seule manière : voyez l’arrière du bouton pour la
bonne position.
Si le réajustement de la hauteur de la mèche ne donne pas l’effet souhaité, vous
devez laisser l’appareil brûler la totalité du combustible (chapitre H).
Si la combustion reste quand même faible et votre mèche se trouve entre-temps
en position 3, prenez contact avec votre revendeur, ou changez la mèche, voir
chapitre M.
Si, la flamme devient trop haute (fig. R), vous devez remettre le verouillage un
cran plus bas. Si non, vous risquez de provoquer la formation de fumée et de suie.
