opo l’accensione della stufa controllare sempre che la camera di combustione

sia nella posizione corretta, spostandola con la maniglia ´ leggermente verso sini-
stra e destra (fig. E). Questo movimento deve avvenire senza intoppi. Se la camera
di combustione non si trova nella posizione corretta, si avranno fumo e fuliggine.
D LA COMBUSTIONE DELLA STUFA
Dopo l’accensione, occorre attendere 10-15 minuti prima che si possa controllare se
la stufa funziona bene. Una fiamma troppo alta può provocare fumo e fuliggine,
mentre una fiamma troppo bassa può provocare cattivi odori. Nella pagina accanto
al pieghevole si può vedere il limite minimo e massimo della fiamma (fig. R).
Se la fiamma rimane troppo bassa, occorre regolare l’altezza dello stoppino
(cfr. capitolo F).
Le cause di una fiamma troppo bassa possono essere le seguenti:
̈ combustibile insufficiente (riempire il serbatoio)
̈ combustibile di cattiva qualità (consultare il rivenditore)
̈ ventilazione insufficiente (aprire leggermente una porta o una finestra)
̈ stoppino consumato (consultare il rivenditore oppure sostituire
lo stoppino: cfr capitolo M)
Questa stufa è dotata di un sistema di sicurezza che ne assicura lo spegnimento
qualora venga estratto il serbatoio.
Per accendere di nuovo la stufa è necessario inserire il serbatoio di ricambio nel-
l’apposito spazio e seguire le istruzioni indicate nel
capitolo C.
E SPEGNIMENTO DELLA STUFA
Premere il pulsante de spegnimento ³. La fiamma si spegne da sola.
F REGOLAZIONE DELL’ALTEZZA DELLO STOPPINO
Dopo un certo periodo, la combustione non è più abbastanza alta (capitolo D). In tal
caso, occorre regolare l’altezza dello stoppino per migliorare la combustione. A tale
proposito la stufa deve essere spenta. Compiere le seguenti operazioni:
Premere il pulsante di sicurezza
³ (fig. L).
Togliere la manopola della stufa
· sfilandola dalla sua sede, così si vedrà il
dispositivo di blocco dell’altezza dello stoppino
¸.
Tirare l’anello di plastica tenendolo fra pollice ed indice. Ruotarlo verso l’alto
e portarlo alla posizione 2 o 3 (fig. M). Premere con cautela l’anello, in modo
che la scanalatura chiuda di nuovo la palettina.
Premere con cautela la maniglia del regolatore della fiamma, per riportarla
alla posizione originale. A tale pr
oposito, occorre osservare il lato posteriore
del tappo, per determinare la posizione corretta.
Se la regolazione dell’altezza dello stoppino non porta all’effetto desiderato, occorre
lasciar
e funzionar
e la stufa fino a che non vi è più combustibile (capitolo H).
