1.Accertatevi che la batteria non sia scarica o collegate il caricabatterie/alimentatore.
2.Applicate il coperchio sul contenitore e ruotate il disco selettore sulla posizione VACUUM.
3.Inserite l'ugello per la creazione del sottovuoto nella valvola sul coperchio. Premete e tenete premuto il pulsante di avvio per iniziare il
processo di creazione del sottovuoto.
4.Tenete premuto il pulsante di avvio della pompa fino a quando la luce rossa si accende, ad indicare il termine della procedura di creazione
del sottovuoto.
5.Una volta rimosso l'ugello per il sottovuoto dalla valvola, la valvola si chiude automaticamente.
6.Girate il disco selettore su CLOSE per bloccare la valvola dell'aria. Con l'utilizzo degli speciali indicatori posti sul coperchio, impostate la data
entro la quale consumare il prodotto.
7.Collocate il contenitore nel frigorifero o, se necessario, nel congelatore. Tenete sempre i cibi lontano dai raggi diretti del sole.
5 SCEGLIERE E PREPARARE I CONTENITORI
L’ampia gamma di accessori originali della linea VacSy® vi consente di scegliere il contenitore più adatto per il tipo di alimento che
intendete conservare.
ATTENZIONI! Attenetevi sempre alle regole che seguono.
• I cibi con elevato contenuto di acqua si conservano meglio in contenitori di vetro dotati di una griglia che separa la parte liquida da quella solida.
• I barattoli in policarbonato sono generalmente più adatti agli alimenti secchi.
• Quando utilizzate coperchi universali sopra contenitori comunemente disponibili in commercio, accertatevi che siano adatti alla conservazione
sottovuoto per alimenti.
• I coperchi devono essere sempre perfettamente asciutti per evitare il passaggio di acqua nella fase di creazione del sottovuoto.
• Non riempite eccessivamente i contenitori (lasciate almeno un paio di centimetri vuoti) e accertatevi che la pompa non aspiri liquidi o alimenti.
• Le bevande gassate non possono essere conservate sottovuoto nelle bottiglie o nei contenitori.
