1.4 SICUREZZA DEL CIBO
Attenetevi sempre alle comuni regole sulla conservazione sicura del cibo:
a) non ricongelate carne dopo che è stata scongelata;
b) non mischiate mai alimenti crudi e cotti;
c) confezionate immediatamente sottovuoto gli avanzi;
d) non riscaldate il latte o gli altri prodotti caseari.
VacSy® è un sistema per la sola conservazione del cibo e non deve essere utilizzato come uno per la
cottura.
1.5 SMALTIMENTO
Alla fine del suo ciclo di vita raccomandiamo di tagliare il cavo di alimentazione della macchina per
renderla sicura.
Tagliate il cavo solo dopo averlo scollegato dall'alimentazione principale. Non smaltite la macchina
nei rifiuti ordinari ma fatela ritirare da personale qualificato. In questo modo sarà correttamente
smaltita e riciclata.
E si aiuta a salvaguardare il nostro ambiente.
13. La superficie di lavoro deve essere asciutta, ad una temperatura normale (non bollente) e priva
di qualsiasi ostacolo.
14. La macchina deve essere pulita solo con un panno asciutto o leggermente inumidito. Non
utilizzate mai abrasivi, alcol o altri solventi. Fate sempre asciugare completamente l'apparecchio
prima di riporlo.
15. Quando utilizzate la macchina, non toccate il nastro saldante (pos. 9): potrebbe essere bollente.
16. Assicuratevi che i canali per il vuoto non siano ostruiti. Se necessario, pulite con un panno asciutto.
17. Utilizzate solo accessori originali VacSy®.
18. Non consumate mai cibo conservato in buste che non sono state correttamente sigillate o che
sono gonfie! Questi alimenti potrebbero essere guasti ed essere nocivi per la salute.
1.3 INTERVALLI DI TEMPO TRA OGNI UTILIZZO DELLA SIGILLATRICE VACSY®
Per il corretto funzionamento della macchina, è necessario attendere almeno 20 secondi tra singoli
cicli di sigillatura o di confezionamento sottovuoto.
Quando i cicli si susseguono tra loro troppo velocemente, la macchina si blocca automaticamente.
La spia del surriscaldamento si accende (pos. 6).
Aspettate il raffreddamento della macchina (circa 45 minuti). Quando la spia del surriscaldamento si
spegne, è possibile utilizzare normalmente la macchina.
AVVERTENZA! Durante il raffreddamento della macchina, non scollegatela dall'alimentazione.
