My screen is stuck on the ‘Zenec’ logo. I have reset, turned on and off, switched my engine off and for 3 days now it still is not working

Hi!

I have the same problem with my Zenec unit. Screen is just stuck on "ZENEC" and radio is on in the background. None of the buttons do anything. How did you resolve the problem? Answered on 10-1-2023 at 21:24
