Specications
The appliance is built in I class isolation, grounding
necessary.
Technical parameters are included at the name plate.
Grill meets the requirements of appropriate standards.
The appliance meets the requirements of the following
directives:
Low Voltage Device (LVD) – 2006/95/EC.
Electro- Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) – 2004/108/EC.
The product is marked with CE symbol on the name plate.
Assembling (Fig. B)
ATTENTION: Remove all stickers before rst usage
and clean the appliance thoroughly (see: „Cleaning
and maintenance”).
Make sure hat the heating plate socket and thermostat
plug are dry.

Install the grease drip tray (2) at the base (1). Always put
aluminium foil inside the grease drip tray to make cleaning
easier.

Assemble the heating plate (3) at the base.

Apply a small amount of oil on the heating plate before
usage and distribute it with paper towel.

Assemble shield (6) if it’s necessary. In order to do it,
insert the protrusions of heating plate in the shield inlets.
ATTENTION: It is recommended to use shield when
grilling products containing fat.

Insert the thermostat with supplying cord (7) in the
appliance socket. Make sure that the thermostat knob is in
“OFF” position.

Connect the supplying cord to the mains supply outlet.
Start-up
Set the thermostat
(7) for desired temperature
(”I” to “V”).
“I” = the lowest temperature.
“V” = the highest temperature.
During warming up the pilot light (8) glows. When the
appliance reaches the set temperature, the light goes off and
the heater shall switch off. The grill heat up from time to time,
in order to keep the set temperature.
During rst usage, the preserving materials shall be burnt
which can cause short emission of unpleasant smell at the
initial stage of grilling.
ATTENTION: It is not allowed to move the hot appliance
during operation! At rst switch off and wait until it
cools down. Move with heat-resistant handles only.
Operation guidelines
It is recommended to wipe the surface with edible oil
before grilling products in order to improve the non-
sticking properties.
The grids
(4) are perfect for preparing meat, sh and
poultry. The fat and juice ows though the grids spaces
down to the grease drip tray which provides preparation
of healthy and low-fat meals.
The grilling plate
(5) is perfect for preparing eggs, ham,
tomatoes, onion, etc. It is also excellent for keeping the
dishes warm.
The 3–4 level is recommended In order to obtain uniform
grilling.
Heat the grids before putting the products on.
When preparing tender dishes (i.e. sh) after applying
spices you can wrap it with aluminium foil.
Soft pieces of meat are the best for grilling.
You can marinate meat in advance, to make it more
tender.
Use special tongs or spatula for turning products on grill,
it is not allowed to use pointer forks.
Do not turn the grilled products to often. In case they get
brown on both sides, nish grilling at lower temperature.
Thanks to it the products shall not get dry and they shall
be uniformly grilled.
In case the products are not instantly consumed, you can
keep them warm with 1 level setting.
It is not allowed to cut the products on the grill, in order to
prevent the damages of non- stick layer.
After operation
Set the thermostat in “OFF” position in order to switch off
the appliance.
Always disconnect form mains after usage.
Let the
appliance cool down before disassembling and
cleaning.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wash and wipe thoroughly all parts before storage.
Make sure that the plug and heating plate are dry
before connecting the thermostat to the heating plate. If
necessary, wipe thoroughly with dry cloth and leave for
drying for a while.
