Vlees en vis koken
Gebruik een diepe pan voor zeer vet voedsel, om te
voorkomen dat de oven vlekken krijgt die
permanent kunnen zijn.
Laat het vlees ongeveer 15 minuten inwerken,
zodat het sap er niet uit sijpelt.
Om te veel rook in de oven tijdens het braden te
voorkomen, moet je wat water toevoegen aan de
diepe pan. Om rookcondensatie te voorkomen,
voeg je telkens water toe nadat het is opgedroogd.
Bereidingstijden
De bereidingstijden zijn afhankelijk van het soort
voedsel, de consistentie en het volume.
Controleer eerst de prestaties wanneer u kookt.
