RECEITAS PARA COZEDURA AUTOMÁTICA
FRANGO NA CAÇAROLA COM LEGUMES (AC-1)
Fricassé De Frango Picante

60 g 120 g 180 g arroz de grão extralongo
1 1 1 saqueta de açafrão
25 g 50 g 75 g cebola (rodelas)
50 g 100 g 150 g pimento vermelho (em tiras)
50 g 100 g 150 g alho francês (em tiras)
150 g 300 g 450 g peito de frango (aos cubos)
pimenta, colorau
10 g 20 g 30 g manteiga ou margarina
150 ml 300 ml 450 ml caldo de carne
1. Misture o arroz com o açafrão e coloque num
recipiente previamente untado.
2. Junte a cebola, o pimento vermelho, o alho francês
e o frango. Tempere e disponha sobre o arroz.
3. Coloque a manteiga por cima.
4. Verta o caldo sobre o frango, cubra com película
aderente própria para microondas e deixe
cozinhar no modo COZEDURA AUTOMÁTICA
(AC-1), Frango na caçarola com Legumes.
5. Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante cerca de
5-10 minutos.
1. Junte a carne picada, a cebola, o ovo e o miolo
de pão na caçarola. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
2. Adicione a polpa de tomate ao caldo de carne.
3. Adicione o caldo, a batata, a cenoura e a salsa à
carne picada e mexa.
4. Tape e cozinhe em COZEDURA AUTOTICA
(AC-2), Carne picada e Cebola”.
5. Quando ouvir o sinal sonoro, mexa e volte a
tapar.
6. Após a cozedura, mexa e deixe repousar durante
cerca de 5 minutos. Polvilhe com salsa e sirva.

100 g 200 g 300 g alho francês (às rodelas)
20 g 40 g 60 g cebola (rodelas)
40 g 100 g 140 g cenoura (ralada)
10 g 10 g 20 g manteiga ou margarina
sal, pimenta & noz-moscada

1. Coloque os legumes, a manteiga e as especiarias
numa caçarola e misture bem. Deixe cozinhar durante
2 a 6 minutos a 900 W, dependendo do peso.
2. Lave o peixe, seque e regue com sumo de limão e sal.
3. Junte as natas aos legumes e rectifique os temperos.
4. Cubra o fundo do recipiente com metade dos
legumes. Disponha o peixe por cima e depois cubra
com os restantes legumes.
5. Polvilhe o queijo Gouda, coloque na grelha inferior e
deixe cozinhar no COZEDURA AUTOMÁTICA
COM GRILL 1 (A1-1), Filetes de Peixe Gratinados.
6. Após a cozedura, deixe repousar durante cerca de 5
minutos.
