500 ml droge rode wijn
500 ml rum, 54%
1 sinaasappel
3 kaneelstokjes
75 g suiker
10 tl kandij
1. Wijn en rum in de schaal gieten. Sinaasappel
dun afschillen en schil met kaneelstokjes en suiker
in de alcohol doen. Afdekken en verwarmen.
8-10 Min. 900 W
Sinaasappelschil en kaneel verwijderen. In elk
glas een theelepel kandij doen en de drank
erover gieten.

servies: bakvorm (ca. 21 cm diameter, 10 cm
hoog)
2 schalen met deksel (1 liter inhoud)
ingrediënten
175 g boter of margarine
175 g suiker
3 eieren
175 g bloem
1 tl bakpoeder
2 el cacao (20 g)
50 ml melk
1. De boter smeuïg kloppen en de suiker langzaam
toevoegen. Eén voor één de eieren toevoegen en
goed vermengen. Bloem, bakpoeder en cacao
aan het mengsel toevoegen. Melk toevoegen en
alles goed met lkaar vermengen
2. De bakvorm invetten, het mengsel erin doen en
bakken.
8-10 Min. 630 W
Met een cocktailprikker controleren of de taart
klaar is.
3. De taart 10 minuten in de bakvorm laten afkoelen,
dan eruit nemen.

150 ml melk
30 g pure chocolade, geraspt
30 ml slagroom
chocoladehagelslag
1. De melk in de kop gieten, Chocolade toevoegen,
omroeren en verwarmen. Af en toe omroeren.

2. De room stijfkloppen en op de chocolademelk
lepelen. Garneren met chocoladehagelslag.
