PISTACHERIJST MET AARDBEIEN
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 27-31 minuten
servies: schaal met deksel (2 liter inhoud)
ingrediënten
125 langkorrelige rijst
150 ml melk
175 ml water
1 vanillestokje
1 snufje zout
50 g suiker
250 g aardbeien
40 g suiker
40 ml Cointreau
200 ml room
1 eiwit
50 g pistachenoten
1. Rijst, melk en water in de schaal doen.
Vanillestokjeopensnijden en met zout en suiker
aan de rijst toevoegen. Afdekken en verwarmen.
Halverwegeomroeren.
1. 3-5 Min. 900 W
2. 24-26 Min. 270 W
Ca. 5 minuten laten staan.
2. Aardbeien doormidden snijden en met suiker en
Cointreau vermengen.
3. Vanillestokje uit de rijst nemen en de rijst in een
koud waterbad laten afkoelen. Room en eiwit
afzonderlijk stijfkloppen. Pistachenoten, room en
eiwit door de koude rijst scheppen.
4. Rijst in een grote schaal doen, een kuiltje erin
maken en dat met de aardbeien vullen.

servies: schaal met deksel (2 liter inhoud)

ingrediënten
4 peren (600 g)
60 g suiker
1 zakje vanillesuiker (10 g)
1 el perenlikeur
150 ml water
130 g pure chocolade
100 g crème fraiche
Tip: lekker met een bolletje vanilleijs.
1. De peren schillen.
2. Suiker, vanillesuiker, likeur en water in de schaal
doen.Omroeren en verwarmen.
1-2 Min. 900 W
3. Peren in de vloeistof zetten, afdekken en koken.
5-8 Min. 900 W
Peren uit de schaal nemen en laten afkoelen.
4. 50 ml sap in de kleine schaal doen en crème
fraiche en chocolade toevoegen. Afdekken en
verwarmen.
2-3 Min. 900 W
5. De saus goed omroeren en over de peren gieten.
