ingrediënten

200 g 400 g 600 g gekookte aardappelen (in plakjes)
115 g 230 g 345 g courgette (in dunne plakjes)
75 g 150 g 225 g crème fraiche

10 g 20 g 30 g zonnebloempitten
Bereiding
1. Spinazie en ui met elkaar vermengen en
zout, peper en nootmuskaat toevoegen.
2. Ovenschaal invetten. Om en om laagjes
aardappel, ham en spinazie in de schaal
leggen. De bovenste laag moet spinazie
zijn.
3. Eieren en crème fraiche met elkaar
vermengen, zout en peper toevoegen en
over de spinazie gieten.
4. Geraspte kaas erover strooien.
5. Op het lage rek zetten en koken met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRAMMA
+GRILL 1 (A1-2).
6. Na het bereiden 5-10 minuten laten staan.
Bereiding
1. Ovenschaal invetten en om en om laagjes
aardappel en courgette in de schaal leggen.
2. Eieren en crème fraiche met elkaar
vermengen, zout, peper en knoflook
toevoegen en over de groente gieten.
3. Afdekken met de geraspte kaas.
4. Met zonnebloempitten bestrooien.
5. Op het lage rek zetten en koken met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRAMMA +
GRILL 1 (A1-2).
6. Na het bereiden 5-10 minuten laten staan.
GEGRATINEERDE VISFILET (A1-1)
vis esterhazy
ingrediënten
0,5 kg 1,0 kg 1,5 kg
230 g 450 g 680 g visfilet
100 g 200 g 300 g prei (in ringen)
20 g 40 g 60 g ui (gesnipperd)
40 g 100 g 140 g wortel (geraspt)
10 g 10 g 20 g boter of margarine
zout, peper en nootmuskaat

50 g 100 g 150 g Goudse kaas (geraspt)
Bereiding
1. Groente, boter en de kruiden in een schaal
doen en goed vermengen. 2-6 minuten op
900 watt koken.
2. Vis wassen, afdrogen, met citroensap
besprenkelen en zouten.
3. Crème fraiche door de groente mengen.
4. Helft van de groente in een schaal doen. De
vis erop leggen en met de rest van de groente
bedekken.
5. Kaas erover strooien, op het lage rek zetten
en met AUTOMATISCH
KOOKPROGRAMMA + GRILL 1 (A1-1)
koken.
6. Na het bereiden ca. 5 minuten laten staan.
