500 g gehakt (half-om-half)
3 uien (150 g), gesnipperd
1ei
50 g broodkruim
zout en peper
350 ml vleesbouillon
70 g tomatenpuree
2 aardappelen (200 g), in blokjes
2 wortelen (200 g), in blokjes
2 el peterselie, gehakt
1. Gehakt, ui, ei en broodkruim door elkaar kneden
en zou en peper toevoegen. Gehakt in de schaal
leggen.
2. Bouillon en tomatenpuree door elkaar roeren.
3. Aardappelen en wortelen rond het gehakt leggen
en vloeistof erover gieten. Afdekken en
verwarmen. Eén maal omkeren.
20-23 min. 900 W
Na het bereiden 5 minuten laten staan. Voor het
serveren met peterselie bestrooien.

1 kip (1000 g)
zout
rozemarijn en majoraan, gehakt
1 oudbakken broodje (40 g)
1 bos peterselie (10 g), fijngehakt
1 snufje nootmuskaat
5 el boter of margarine (50 g)
1 eidooier
1 el zoete paprikapoeder
1 tl boter of margarine om de schaal in te
vetten
1. Kip wassen, afdrogen en van binnen met zout,
rozemarijn en majoraan kruiden.
2. Brood ca. 10 minuten in koud water weken en
dan uitknijpen. Vermengen met zout, peterselie,
nootmuskaat, boter (20 g) en eidooier en de kip
met dit mengsel vullen. De opening met touw
dichtbinden.
3. De boter (30 g) verwarmen.
ca. 1 min. 900 W
Paprikapoeder en zout door de boter roeren en
de kip ermee bestrijken.
4. Kip in de ingevette schaal leggen en verwarmen.
Halverwege omkeren.
35-39 min. 630 W
Na het bereiden ca. 3 minuten laten staan.
