1. Het brood roosteren en met boter bestrijken.
2. De camembert in plakken snijden en deze met het
snijvlak naar boven op de sneetjes brood leggen.
De vossenbessen in het midden van de kaas
leggen en de kaas met cayennepeper bestrooien.
3. De sneetjes brood op een bord leggen en
verwarmen.

champignons en geraspte kaas of gekookte
ham, asperges en Emmentaler.

servies: schaal met deksel (2 l inhoud)
ingrediënten
200 g champignons, in plakjes
1 ui (50 g) gesnipperd
300 ml vleesbouillon
300 ml room

zout en peper
1eidooier
150 g crème fraiche
1. Champignons en bouillon in de schaal doen en
afgedekt koken.
8 - 9 min. 800 W
2. Met een mixer allen ingrediënten pureren.
De room toevoegen.
3. De bloem en de boter door elkaar roeren en in
de soep gladroeren. Met zout en peper kruiden,
afdekken en koken. Na het koken omroeren.
4 - 6 min. 800 W
4. De eidooier met de crème fraiche vermengen en
lepel voor lepel door de soep mengen. Nog
even verwarmen, maar niet meer laten koken!.
1 - 2 min. 800 W
De soep na het bereiden ongeveer 5 minuten
laten staan.
