Importante

• Deve tomar a precaução de levantar os recipientes

de cada vez que os m anipular, a fim de não deixar

riscos na placa.

• Os riscos também podem ser provocados por

exemplo por grãos de areia provenientes de legumes

antes descascados e introduzidos na panela quando

esta já se encontra sobre o foco. Por isso é preferível

limpar os recipientes antes de os colocar nos focos.

• Nunca deve cozinhar alimentos directamente sobre

os focos (ovos estrelados, grelhados) e não utilize a

placa vitro--cerâmica como superfície de trabalho.

Também não deve colocar sobre os focos recipientes

vazios.
