Störung - was tun
Kontrollieren Sie folgende Punkte, BEVOR Sie den Kundendienst rufen.

Das Gerät
bekommt keinen
Strom
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzsteckdose Strom führt.
Überprüfen Sie, ob ein Stromausfall vorliegt, indem Sie die
Haushaltsbeleuchtung prüfen.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Sicherung durchgebrannt ist.
Die Temperatur
im
Gefrierraum ist
zu hoch.
Prüfen Sie, dass das Thermostat auf die korrekte Einstellung zwischen
16°C bis 32°C gedreht wurde.
Stellen Sie Ihr Gerät ggf. an einen anderen Ort.
Wurde die Tür gerade geöffnet?
Wenn ja, warten Sie bitte einige Minuten, bis sich der Luftdruck
ausgeglichen hat.
Der Kompressor läuft ständig.
Es wurden kürzlich große Mengen an Lebensmitteln in das Gerät
eingelagert und/oder die Tür häug geöffnet.
Zu starke Reif-
und
Eisbildung
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Tür nicht offen steht.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Tür gut schließt und nichts dazwischen klemmt.
Prüfen Sie, ob die Türdichtung intakt und sauber ist.
Wurde das empfohlene regelmäßige Abtauen durchgeführt?
Geräusche
Siehe normale Betriebsgeräusche. Wenn Ihr Gerät noch immer nicht
korrekt arbeitet, nachdem Sie die oben genannten Prüfungen durchgeführt
haben, kontaktieren Sie bitte den nächsten Kundendienst.
Der Kunde muss im Garantiefall sicher sein, dass er die vorgenannten
Kontrollen ausgeführt hat, da ihm die Arbeit des Technikers in Rechnung
gestellt wird, wenn es sich nicht um einen mechanischen oder elektrischen
Defekt handelt.
