Wat te doen in geval van storing
VOORDAT u contact opneemt met de lokale klantenservice, controleert u de volgende punten:
Symptoom Oplossing
Het apparaat
krijgt geen
stroom.
Controleer of er spanning op de wandcontactdoos staat.
Controleer of er geen stroomstoring is door een lamp aan te doen.
Controleer of de zekering niet is gesprongen.
De temperatuur in
het vriesvak is te
hoog.
Controleer of de thermostaat is gezet op binnen het juiste
temperatuurbereik van 16°C tot 32°C.
Verplaats het apparaat indien nodig.
Heeft de deur te lang opengestaan?
Zo ja, laat het apparaat een paar minuten dicht zodat de luchtdruk zich
kan verdelen.
De compressor werkt continu.
De oorzaak kan liggen in de plaatsing van grote hoeveelheden voedsel
en/of het vaak openen/sluiten van de deur.
Er is te veel rijp
en ijs.
Zorg dat de deur niet open staat.
Controleer of niets het sluiten van de deur in de weg zit.
Is de deurpakking onbeschadigd en schoon?
Heeft u het aanbevolen periodieke ontdooiproces uitgevoerd?

Zie normale bedrijfsgeluiden. Als het apparaat nog steeds niet naar
behoren werkt na uitvoeren van de bovenstaande controles, neem dan
contact op met de dichtstbijzijnde klantenservice.
Klanten met een garantie moeten ervoor zorgen dat de bovenstaande
controles zijn uitgevoerd. De monteur zal kosten in rekening brengen als
de storing niet mechanisch of elektrisch is.
We vragen u een aankoopbewijs te leveren als u een beroep doet op de
in de garantie opgenomen services.
Controleer of de thermostaat is ingeschakeld op de juiste instelling die bij de
omgevingstemperatuur hoort.
Controleer of de omgevingstemperatuur binnen de grenzen ligt.
De compressor werkt continu.
Pas de thermostaat aan naar de juiste temperatuur.
