Problema Posible causa Solución

no están dañadas o sucias.

tos es demasiado alta. Permita que los alimentos se
enfríen a temperatura ambien-

Se han guardado muchos ali-
mentos al mismo tiempo. Guarde menos productos al
mismo tiempo.
El grosor de la escarcha es de
más de 4-5 mm. Descongele el aparato. Con-
sulte el capítulo "Mantenimien-
to y limpieza/Descongelación
del aparato".
La tapa se abre con demasiada
frecuencia. Abra la tapa solo si es necesa-
rio.
La función SUPER está activa-
da. Consulte el capítulo "Panel de
control/función SUPER".
Los productos para congelar
estaban demasiado cerca unos
de otros.
Compruebe que el aire frío cir-
cula libremente en el aparato.
El aparato está situado cerca
de la fuente de calor. Consulte el capítulo "Instala-
ción/Ubicación".
