Om verbrandingen door plotseling overkoken

(kookpuntvertraging) te voorkomen:

1. De vloeistof vóór het verwarmen omroeren.

2. Bij het verwarmen van vloeistoffen een glazen staafje of

lepeltje in het glas of kopje zetten.

3. Laat de vloeistof tenminste 20 seconden na het koken in

de oven staan om kookvertraging te voorkomen.
