Zutaten Zubereitung Geschirr

175g Butter oder Margarine
175g Zucker
3 Eier
175g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
1. Butter und Zucker schaumig rühren bis sie schön
locker sind. Eier nach und nach hinzufügen und jedes
Mal gut schlagen.
2.
Hälfte des mit dem Backpulver vermischten Mehls
unter Zuhilfenahme eines Metalllöffels unterrühren,
dann das restliche Mehl unterrühren.
3.
Den Teig in die gefettete Kuchenform geben und mit
einem Messer glatt streichen.
4.
Bei "CAKE" backen.
5. Wenn der Kuchen ausgekühlt ist, einmal quer
durchschneiden, mit Creme und Marmelade oder
nach eigener Wahl füllen und wieder
zusammensetzen. Mit Puderzucker bestäuben.

(Durchm. 20 cm)
Niedriger Rost
Brot
450g Mehl
1 Packung Trockenhefe
5ml (1 TL) Salz
15g (1 EL Fett
300ml warmes Wasser
1.
Mehl und Hefe in einer großen Schüssel mischen und
gut verrühren. Fett unterrühren.
2.
Warmes Wasser hinzufügen und zu einem Teig
vermischen.
3.
Teig auf bemehlte Unterlage geben und 10 Minuten
lang gut durchkneten. Teig in zwei Hälften teilen, in
eine Brotform geben und an einem warmen Ort oder
bei Konvektion 40°C gehen lassen, bis sich der Teig
verdoppelt hat. Siehe Anweisung oben.
4.
Bei "BREAD" backen.
5.
Dasselbe mit der zweiten Hälfte wiederholen.
