1. Go to Menu >Directory >Share Directory.
On the T57W phones, you can also tap Directory >Share Directory.
2. On the T54W/T53W/T53/T53C phones, use the navigation keys to look through the shared contacts.
Editing Shared Contacts
You can modify or add more information to your contacts.
Procedure
1. Go to Menu >Directory >Share Directory.
On the T57W phones, you can also tap Directory >Share Directory.
2. Highlight a contact and then select Option >Detail.
On the T57W phones, tap after the desired shared contact.
3. Edit the shared contact information.
4. Select Save.
Deleting a Shared Contact
You can delete any contact from the Shared Directory.
Procedure
1. Go to Menu >Directory >Share Directory.
On the T57W phones, you can also tap Directory >Share Directory.
2. Highlight a contact and then select Option >Delete.
On the T57W phones, tap > Delete.
The phone prompts whether to delete the contact.
3. Select OK to delete.
Deleting All Shared Contacts
You can delete all contacts from the Shared Directory.
Procedure
1. Go to Menu >Directory >Share Directory.
On the T57W phones, you can also tap Directory >Share Directory.
2. Highlight a contact and then select Option >Delete All.
On the T57W phones, tap Settings >Select All >Delete.
The phone prompts whether to delete all contacts.
3. Select OK to delete.
Searching for Shared Directory Contacts
In the Shared Directory, you can enter the search criteria to find your desired contact quickly.
Procedure
1. Go to Menu >Directory >Share Directory.
On the T57W phones, you can also tap Directory >Share Directory.
2. Enter your search criteria directly.
On the T57W phones, tap Search.
The contacts will be displayed in the result list.
