CYLINDRE ET PISTON

ZYLINDER UND KOLBEN

Kolbenring

1. Messen:

● Ringnutspiel

Fühlerlehre 1 verwenden.

Unvorschriftsmäßig → Kolben (kom-

plett) mit Kolbenringen erneuern.

HINWEIS:

Vor der Messung des Ringnutspiels die Ölkoh-

leablagerungen an Kolbenring und Ringnuten

entfernen.

2. Montieren:

● Kolbenring

(in Zylinderbohrung)

HINWEIS:

Den Ring etwa 10 mm in den Zylinder hinein-

schieben. Dazu den Kolbenboden verwen-

den, damit der Ring rechtwinklig im Zylinder

sitzt.

3. Messen:

● Stoßspiel

Unvorschriftsmäßig → Kolbenring er-

neuern.

HINWEIS:

Das Stoßspiel der Ölabstreifring-Expanderfeder

kann nicht gemessen werden. Wenn die Spann-

ringe starken Verschleiß aufweisen, müssen alle

drei Ringe erneuert werden.

Segment de piston

1. Mesurer:

● Jeu latéral du segment

Utiliser une jauge d’épaisseur 1.

Hors spécifications → Remplacer à la fois

le piston et ses segments.

N.B.:

Eliminer les dépôts de calamine des gorges de seg-

ment et des segments avant de mesurer le jeu laté-

ral.

2. Positionner:

● Segment de piston

(dans le cylindre)

N.B.:

Insérer un segment dans le cylindre et l’enfoncer à

environ 10 mm dans le cylindre. Pousser le seg-

ment avec la couronne de piston de sorte que le

segment se trouve perpendiculairement par rapport

à l’alésage de cylindre.

3. Mesurer:

● Ecartement des becs

Hors spécifications → Remplacer.

N.B.:

Il est impossible de mesurer l’écartement des becs

de la bague extensible du segment racleur d’huile.

Si les rails du segment racleur d’huile sont sérieu-

sement écartés, remplacer les trois segments.
