Arbeitsschritte
HINWEIS:
Den Zylinderkopf in einem Ofen auf 100 ˚C
erhitzen, um den Aus- und Einbau zu
erleichtern und eine exakte Passung zu
gewährleisten.
●
Die Ventilführung mit einem Ventilfüh-
rungs-Austreiber
1
ausbauen.
●
Die neue Ventilführung mit einem Ventil-
führungs-Austreiber
1
und einer Ventil-
führungs-Einbauhülse
2
einbauen.
●
Nach dem Einbau muß die Ventilführung
mit der Ventilführungs-Reibahle
3
bear-
beitet werden, bis das korrekte Spiel
erreicht ist.

2. Remplacer:
●
Guide de soupape
Etapes de remplacement:
N.B.:
Pour faciliter l’extraction et la remise en place du
guide et maintenir un ajustage correct, faire chauf-
fer la culasse à 100 ˚C (212 ˚F) dans un four.
● Déposer le guide de soupape en utilisant
l’extracteur de guide de soupape 1.
● Installer le nouveau guide de soupape en utili-
sant l’outil de dépose du guide de soupape 1
et l’outil d’installation du guide de soupape 2.
● Après avoir reposé le guide de soupape, aléser
le guide de soupape en utilisant l’alésoir de
guide de soupape 3 pour obtenir un jeu cor-
rect de queue dans le guide.
