1. Messen:
● Schwimmerhöhe a
Unvorschriftsmäßig → Einstellen.
Schwimmerhöhe
8,0 mm
Arbeitsschritte
● Vergaser auf den Kopf stellen.
HINWEIS:
● Den Vergaser langsam umdrehen und die
Messung erst vornehmen, wenn Nadelventil
und Schwimmerhebel fluchten.
● In waagerechter Stellung übt der Schwimmer
Druck auf das Nadelventil aus, was die Mes-
sung fälscht.
● Mit einer Schieblehre den Abstand zwi-
schen Schwimmerkammer-Paßfläche und
Schwimmer-Oberkante messen.
HINWEIS:
Der Schwimmerhebel sollte das Nadelventil
lediglich berühren, nicht niederdrücken.
● Entspricht die Schwimmerhöhe nicht dem
Sollwert, Ventilsitz und Nadelventil kon-
trollieren.
● Falls defekt, beide Teile erneuern.
● Falls in Ordnung, Schwimmerhöhe durch
leichtes Biegen des Schwimmerhebels b
einstellen.
● Schwimmerhöhe erneut kontrollieren.

Hauteur du flotteur
1. Mesurer:
● Hauteur du flotteur a
Hors spécification → Régler.
Hauteur du flotteur:
8,0 mm (0,31 in)
Procédure de mesure et de réglage:
● Mettre le carburateur à l’envers.
N.B.:
● Incliner lentement le carburateur dans la direc-
tion opposée, puis mesurer quand le pointeau
s’aligne sur le bras du flotteur.
● Quand le carburateur est à l’horizontale, le
poids du flotteur va pousser sur le pointeau, ce
qui faussera la mesure.
● A l’aide d’un pied à coulisse à vernier, mesu-
rer la distance entre le plan de joint de la cuve
à niveau constant et le haut du flotteur.
N.B.:
Le bras du flotteur doit reposer sur le pointeau,
mais il ne doit pas le comprimer.
● Si la hauteur du flotteur est hors spécifications,
contrôler le siège de pointeau et le pointeau.
● Si l’une ou l’autre de ces pièces est usée, les
changer toutes les deux.
● Si ces deux pièces sont en bon état, régler la
hauteur du flotteur en courbant la languette b
du flotteur.
● Recontrôler la hauteur du flotteur.
