● Haltestift 6 und Bremsbeläge 7 entfer-
nen.
● Durchsichtigen Kunststoffschlauch 8 fest
auf Entlüftungsschraube 9 aufstekken
und freies Schlauchende in Auffangbehäl-
ter führen.
● Entlüftungsschraube lockern und den
Bremskolben hineindrücken.
ACHTUNG:
Die abgelassene Bremsflüssigkeit nicht
wiederverwenden.
● Entlüftungsschraube festziehen.

● Bremsbeläge 0 und Haltestift A montie-
ren.
HINWEIS:
● Bremsbeläge mit deren Überständen a in
die Bremsschuhaussparungen b anbrin-
gen.
● Den Haltestift provisorisch festziehen.
● Bremssattel B und Hinterrad C montie-
ren. Siehe unter “VORDER- UND HIN-
TERRAD” im KAPITEL 5.
● Haltestift D festziehen.

18 Nm (1,8 m • kg)
● Haltestift-Abdeckschraube E und Pro-
tektor F montieren.

3 Nm (0,3 m • kg)
Protektor-Schraube
7 Nm (0,7 m • kg)
● Déposer la goupille de plaquette 6 et les pla-
quettes de frein 7.
● Connecter le tuyau transparent 8 à la vis de
purge 9 et placer un récipient approprié sous
son extrémité.
● Desserrer la vis de purge et y enfoncer le pis-
ton d’étrier.
ATTENTION:
Ne pas réutiliser le liquide de frein purgé.
● Serrer la vis de purge.

Vis de purge:
6 Nm (0,6 m • kg, 4,3 ft • lb)
● Installer la plaquette de frein 0 et la goupille
de plaquette A.
N.B.:
● Installer les plaquettes de frein en ajustant
leurs saillies a dans l’encoche de l’étrier b.
● A ce stade, serrer provisoirement la goupille
de plaquette.
● Monter l’étrier B et la roue arrière C.
Se reporter à la section “ROUE AVANT ET
ROUE ARRIERE” du CHAPITRE 5.
● Serrer la goupille de plaquette D.

18 Nm (1,8 m • kg, 13 ft • lb)
● Installer la vis capuchon de la goupille de
plaquette E et la protection F.

Boulon (protection):
7 Nm (0,7 m • kg, 5,1 ft • lb)
