Al termine di tutti i collegamenti, regolare la con gurazione, le dimensioni e il bilanciamento del volume
dei diffusori per ottenere un campo sonoro ottimale. L’unità è dotata di una funzione
Yamaha Parametric
Room Acoustic Optimizer (YPAO) che regola automaticamente il bilanciamento dei diffusori mediante una
procedura molto semplice.
Se si utilizza YPAO, viene emesso un tono di test dai diffusori per almeno 3 minuti quindi viene avviata la misurazione acustica. Prima di utilizzare YPAO,
controllare quanto segue.
• Il tono di test viene emesso ad alto volume. Si consiglia di evitare di utilizzare questa funzione la sera che potrebbe disturbare le persone nelle vicinanze.
• Accertarsi che il tono di test non spaventi bambini piccoli.
Le operazioni YPAO possono essere visualizzate sul display del pannello anteriore o sullo schermo del TV. Il display del TV è utilizzato in questo caso per spiegare il funzionamento.

Prima di utilizzare YPAO controllare quanto segue.
L’unità
• La cuffia sia rimossa.
TV
• L’unità è collegata al TV in modo corretto.
• L’alimentazione è accesa.
• L’ingresso video sul quale è stata selezionata l’uscita
video dall’unità.
Subwoofer
• L’alimentazione è accesa.
• Il volume sia impostato a metà livello e la frequenza
cross-over (se presente) sia impostata al massimo.

Posizionare il microfono YPAO in dotazione all’altezza dell’orecchio nella
posizione prescelta per l’ascolto.
Quando si posizione il microfono, si consiglia di utilizzare un’attrezzatura che permetta di regolare l’altezza (un
treppiede per esempio) come supporto del microfono. Se s’utilizza il treppiede, per ssare il microfono in posizione
utilizzare le viti.

Collegare il microfono YPAO alla presa YPAO MIC sul pannello anteriore.

pannello anteriore e il display a destra appare sullo
schermo del TV.
In tal modo si completano i preparativi. Per ottenere risultati più accurati, controllare quanto segue durante la misurazione acustica.
• Per effettuare la misurazione occorrono circa 3 minuti. Durante la misurazione acustica mantenere il più possibile delle condizioni di silenzio.
• Attendere nell’angolo della stanza d’ascolto durante la misurazione acustica per evitare di ostacolare i diffusori e il microfono
YPAO.
