■ Como conectar
1 Afloje el nudo.
2 Quite 10 mm de recubrimiento aislante en los extremos de
cada cable del altavoz y tuérzalos con firmeza, tal como se
indica a continuación.
3 Inserte el cable pelado.
4 Apriete el nudo y fije los cables.
Tire ligeramente de los cables en el terminal para verificar que
está firmemente conectado.
Notas
• No deje que los cables pelados se toquen; si lo hace, podría
dañar el altavoz, el amplificador o ambos.
• No introduzca el recubrimiento aislante en el agujero.
Puede que no salga el sonido.
■Conexiones de doble cable
Este sistema de altavoz es apto para conexiones de doble cable.
Para conectar el altavoz a los terminales de salida del amplificador
(o receptor), se utilizan dos pares de cables para cada altavoz de
registro de gama media/graves y agudos, en vez de conexiones
estándar.
Este tipo de conexión disminuye la distorsión de modulación
causada por la resistencia eléctrica de los cables y la corriente
circulante de los altavoces.
Por lo tanto, se puede esperar una calidad de sonido pura.
Para utilizar conexiones de doble cable, retire primero las barras
pequeñas de los terminales y, a continuación, conecte los
altavoces de gama media/graves y agudos al amplificador por
separado utilizando dos pares de cables.
■Si utiliza una clavija banana
Nota
No quite esta cubierta si no va a utilizar una clavija banana.
1 Apriete el nudo del terminal.
2 Quite la tapa tirando de ella hacia usted.
3 Inserte la clavija banana en el terminal.
Nota
Utilice un instrumento adecuado para retirar la tapa. Si la
extrae directamente con las manos podría dañarse las yemas
de los dedos.
