■ Een ritme-loop (audiodata) naar een patroontrack samplen
Bij deze methode kunt u drumloops en ritmepatronen van cd opnemen in de MOTIF ES via de functie Sampling, vervolgens de
sample in afzonderlijke componenten snijden en de 'slices' (plakjes) aan verschillende toetsen toewijzen. Met deze krachtige eigen-
schap kunt u de sample overeen laten komen met nagenoeg elk tempo, zonder de audio te stretchen (uit te rekken) of te compri-
meren, aangezien elke 'slag' een afzonderlijke MIDI-noot wordt.
Om de functie Sampling te kunnen gebruiken, moeten er DIMM-modules in het instrument zijn geïnstalleerd. Voor details over het installeren van DIMMs, zie blz. 289.
Volg de stappen 1 - 8 op blz. 73, en vervang de stappen 4 en 8
door de onderstaande instructies. Druk, in stap 4, op de knop
[PATTERN] om de modus Pattern te activeren en selecteer vervol-
gens een patroonnummer en sectie om te worden gecreëerd. Stel
in stap 8 de gerelateerde parameters in in de [PATTERN] →
