Deze sectie legt uit hoe uw MOTIF ES aan te sluiten op een spanningsbron, externe audio- en MIDI-apparaten en een computer-
systeem. Schakel de MOTIF ES alleen aan nadat u alle nodige aansluitingen heeft gemaakt (blz. 43).
Spanningsvoorziening
1Zorg ervoor dat de schakelaar POWER van de MOTIF ES is ingesteld op OFF.
2Sluit het bijgeleverde netsnoer aan op de aansluiting AC INLET op het achterpaneel van het instrument.
3Sluit het andere eind van het netsnoer aan op een stopcontact. Zorg ervoor dat uw MOTIF ES voldoet aan de
spanningsvereisten voor het land of de regio waar deze wordt gebruikt.
Zorg ervoor dat uw MOTIF ES geschikt is voor de netspanning die in het gebied wordt geleverd waar deze wordt gebruikt (zoals aangegeven op het achter-
paneel). Het instrument aansluiten op een verkeerde netspanning kan ernstige beschadiging van de interne elektronica tot gevolg hebben en kan zelfs
schokken veroorzaken!
Gebruik uitsluitend het bij de MOTIF ES geleverde netsnoer. Als het bijgeleverde netsnoer kwijt is of beschadigd en vervangen dient te worden, neem dan
contact op met uw leverancier. Het gebruik van een ongeschikt vervangend netsnoer kan brand of schokken veroorzaken!
Het type netsnoer dat bij de MOTIF ES wordt geleverd kan verschillende afhankelijk van het land waarin deze is aangeschaft (er kan een derde pen op de
stekker aanwezig zijn voor aardingsdoeleinden). Het onjuist aansluiten van de massa-ader kan het gevaar van elektrische schokken vergroten. Modificeer
de stekker, zoals die bij de MOTIF ES wordt geleverd, NIET. Als de stekker niet in het stopcontact past, laat dan een juist stopcontact plaatsen door een
erkende installateur. Gebruik geen stekkeradapter zonder randaarde-aansluiting.
