Fields
These areas of the Display contain information about
the status of the Main (VFO-A) and Sub (VFO-B)
VFOs.
MODE Fields
These fields indicate the operating mode in use on the
above VFOs.
TX Frequency/Clarifier/
Antenna Selection Fields
These notations advise which VFO is being used for
transmission, the status of the Clarifier, and a notation
of which antenna has been selected on that VFO.
Filter Fields
These fields note the offset status for the μ-Tuning or
VRF filters, as well as the Roofing filter selection, for
each VFO.
Filter Shift Fields
These fields graphically depict the positions of the “IF
Shift” DSP and RX filter for the Main and Sub VFO.
Bandwidth Fields
This field indicates the net receiver bandwidths cur-
rently set for the Main (VFO-A) and Sub (VFO-B).
Date Field
The current date is displayed here.
Local Time-1 Field
The current time at your location (Local Time-1) is
displayed here.
GPS Field
If you have connected an after-market GPS unit (one
providing NMEA location data) to the rear panel of
the transceiver, The white “ ” icon will appear
here. When your location is displayed on a World
Map with the GPS data, the base color of the “
Icon turns yellow.
Local Time-2 Field
The Local Time-2 time, as programmed, will appear
here.
