ThermoMatic multifunción
Estofado de ternera
Tiempo de preparación: 80 m Pax: 3
200 g de cebollas troceadas
125 g de tomate de pera pelado
300 g de patatas troceadas
75 g de zanahoria troceada
100 g de champiñon
400 g ternera de guiso en trozos (no muy gran-
des)
50 ml de aceite de oliva
200 ml vino tinto
500 ml Caldo de carne (500 ml de agua con
pastilla de carne)
3 dientes de ajo
1 hoja de laurel
Sal y Pimienta
1. Ponemos las verduras en la jarra y tritura-
mos 10 segundos a velocidad 1.
2. Añadimos el aceite y programamos 10 mi-
nutos a 120ºC y velocidad 1 con el cubilete
desencajado para que respire.
3. Añadimos el caldo, el vino y salpimenta-
mos. Colocamos la vaporera y sobre ésta
las patatas, la carne (salpimentada) y el
laurel. Programamos 35 minutos (depen-
diendo del grueso de la carne 5min (+/-) a
120ºC y velocidad 2.
4. Ponemos la salsa, las patatas y la carne
todo junto en una fuente.
5. Listo para servir.
Sugerencia: Ideal en dias de Invierno.
Albóndigas a la jardinera
Ideal como primer plato
Ingredientes: 4 personas
500 g de magro de cerdo picado
50 g de cebolla troceada
50 g de pimiento verde troceado
30 g de pimiento rojo troceado
200 g de zanahoria troceada
100 g de judías verdes
100 g de guisantes
100 g de tomate triturado
50 ml de aceite de oliva
50 ml de vino blanco
100 ml de agua
2Dientedeajo
Miga de pan remojada en leche
2 Huevos y perejil
Sal, pimienta y nuez moscada
Elaboración:50minutosDicultad:media
Ponemos en el vaso, la carne picada, 1 ajo, el
perejil, la miga de pan, la sal, la pimienta y la
nuez moscada y trituramos pulsando el botón
pulse durante unos segundos hasta que con-
sigamos una mezcla homogénea. Retiramos y
hacemos las albóndigas y vamos empanándo-
las con el pan rallado y reservamos. Acabado
este proceso añadimos en el vaso el tomate,
la cebolla , el ajo, el pimiento, la zanahoria y
el aceite y trituramos pulsando el botón pulse
durante unos segundos hasta que este bien
triturado. Acabado este proceso programamos
durante 5 minutos a una temperatura de 120ºC
