ThermoMatic multifunción
Hummus
Tiempo de preparación: 60 s. Pax: 4
2 dientes ajo medianos
400 g de garbanzos, cocidos y escurridos
50 g de thaín
5 g de sal
60 ml de agua
30 ml de zumo de limón
70 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra
Para servir:
1 cucharada aceite de oliva virgen extra
1 pellizco pimentón picante
Comino
Pan de pita o bagrir
1. Ponemos todos los ingredientes en la ja-
rra y programamos 1 minuto a velocidad
1. Damos unos golpes de turbo una vez
nalizados el proceso anterior.
2. Servimos la preparación en un plato, ro-
ciamos con el aceite de oliva y espolvo-
reamos el pimentón o comino. Acompaña-
mos con pan de pita o bagrir.
Sugerencia: Puede sustituir el pan por ce-
bolletas cortadas en tiras gruesas. Si quiere
sorprender con un pincho original, ponga un
poco de hummus en una cuchara y encima
una rodaja de pulpo á feira rociado con aceite
de oliva virgen extra y espolvoreado con pi-
mentón en polvo y sal.
Crema de Calabacín con
Crujiente de Jamón
Tiempo de preparación: 20 m. Pax: 4
100 g puerros, (sólo la parte blanca) o cebollas
troceadas
20 g mantequilla
500 g calabacines , semipelado y en trozos
500 ml agua
20 ml aceite de oliva virgen extra
6 quesitos
1 diente ajo
1 pellizco nuez moscada
Sal y pimienta
1. Ponemos en la jarra el puerro y el ajo y
troceamos pulsando Pulse durante unos
segundos hasta conseguir una mezcla
homogénea.
2. Añadimos el aceite y la mantequilla y
programamos 6 minutos a temperatura
120ºC y velocidad 2.
3. Agregamos los calabacines y programe 6
minutos a 120 ºC y velocidad 2.
4. Incorporamos el agua, la sal, la pimienta y
la nuez moscada. Programamos 20 minu-
tos a 100ºC y a velocidad 2 .
5. Cuando acabe el tiempo programado, es-
pere unos minutos a que baje un poco la
temperatura y programe 40 segundos a
velocidad 1. Si no ha quedado bien tritu-
rado, vuelva a programar unos segundos
más a la misma velocidad.
6. Agregamos los quesitos y programe 5 mi-
