Powering up sanbot nano, he is locked on the code bar screen : 7010

Powering up sanbot nano, he is locked on the code bar screen. It’s in Chinese. I want to power on in english.
I tried the code bar, it’s been removed from Android. Apple just says network error. My question is, can you swipe the screen while on code bar screen, and enter menu, to change the language.
