your smartphone to your watch.
You may need to allow notification access during the initial setup.
Under the menu item „Alarm“ you can set up a vibration alarm clock. The clock will gently vibrate
at the desired time.
Under the menu item „Movement reminder“ you can set a reminder that will alert you with a
gentle vibration that you have not moved enough. To do this, specify the time period in which you
want to receive reminders and the reminder intervals, and how often this should happen.
