Basic use
SCREEN CONTROL
The screen control works by touching the screen with the
fingertip and with the button on the left part of the
housing. Tap the touchpoint with your fingertip to access
the various menu options of the clock. Press and hold the
touchpoint to select a menu item. Press the left button of
the clock to return to the main screen. To navigate one
step back, press and hold the touchpoint again. This
applies to most menu items.
FUNCTIONS OF THE KETO SUN REFLECT
Mainscreen
The date and time of the watch are automatically synchronized when the
watch is paired with your smartphone. You can change your preferred
Watchface by holding down the Touch Point. There are 4 different
Watchfaces.
Pedometer
Under this symbol you will find the steps you have counted so far. These are
automatically synchronized with the iband App*.
Info: When you hold down the touchpoint on this screen a QR-Code appears.
This QR-Code can be used to connect the watch with your smartphone.
Training
Press and hold the Touch Point on this screen to enter Practice Mode. There
you can choose from various sports (cycling, running, swimming).
