1. GARANTÍA LIMITADA DEL PRODUCTO
XIAOMI garantiza que los productos no tienen ningún defecto material ni de mano de obra cuando lo use de forma normal de acuerdo al manual de usuario

Xiaomi garantiza al comprador original que su Producto Xiaomi no tendrá ningún defecto material ni de mano de obra cuando lo use de forma normal durante

Xiaomi no garantiza que el uso del Producto sea ininterrumpido ni esté libre de errores.
Xiaomi no se hace responsable de los daños que surjan del incumplimiento de las instrucciones relacionadas con el uso del producto.
2. MEDIDAS COMPENSATORIAS
Si se encuentra un defecto de hardware y Xiaomi recibe una reclamación válida dentro del Periodo de garantía, Xiaomi (1) reparará el producto sin cargos, (2)
reemplazará el producto o (3) lo restituirá, excluyendo los posibles gastos de envío.
3. CÓMO OBTENER EL SERVICIO DE GARANTÍA
Para obtener el servicio de garantía, usted debe enviar el producto, o bien en su paquete original o bien con un paquete similar que ofrezca el mismo nivel de
protección, a la dirección que especifique Xiaomi. Excepto en la medida que lo prohíba la ley aplicable, Xiaomi podría pedirle que presente pruebas o un
comprobante de compra y/o que cumpla con los requisitos de inscripción antes de que usted reciba el servicio de garantía.
4. EXCEPCIONES Y LIMITACIONES
A menos que Xiaomi estipule lo contrario, esta Garantía limitada se aplica solo al Producto fabricado por o para Xiaomi e identificable por la marca registrada,
el nombre comercial o el logotipo "Xiaomi" o "Mi".
La Garantía limitada no es aplicable a ningún (a) daño provocado por desastres naturales, por ejemplo, rayos, tornados, inundaciones, incendios, terremotos u

permitidos o previstos descritos por Xiaomi, o con una tensión o fuente de alimentación incorrecta; o (h) daños provocados por el servicio (incluidas las
