Hinzufügen von Adressbucheinträgen

Im Adressbuch können E-Mail-, Server-, Fax- und Internet-Faxadressen gespeichert werden. Es können
Adressen für Einzelempfänger oder Gruppen mit mehreren Empfängern eingetragen werden.
Hinzufügen von Einzeleinträgen
1. Auf dem Steuerpult die Taste Gerätestatus drücken.
2. Am Touchscreen Verwaltung antippen.
3. Die Optionen Einrichtung und Kalibrierung, dann Einrichtung und anschließend
Adressbucheintrag hinzufügen antippen.
4. Im folgenden Fenster in der Liste eine <verfügbare> Adresse antippen.
5. Adresstyp antippen, den gewünschten Adresstyp auswählen und dann Speichern antippen.
Für jeden Adresstyp sind unterschiedliche Einstellungen erforderlich.
6. Die gewünschten Elemente in der Liste antippen, die Informationen über die alphanumerische
Tastatur oder die Tastatur am Touchscreen eingeben, anschließend Speichern antippen.
7. Wenn alle gewünschten Einstellungen vorgenommen wurden, Speichern antippen, um den
Adresseintrag fertig zu stellen.
Löschen von Einzeleinträgen
1. Auf dem Steuerpult die Taste Gerätestatus drücken.
2. Am Touchscreen Verwaltung antippen.
3. Die Optionen Einrichtung und Kalibrierung, dann Einrichtung und anschließend
Adressbucheintrag hinzufügen antippen.
4. Im folgenden Fenster in der Liste die gewünschte Adresse antippen.
5. Eintrag löschen und anschließend zur Bestätigung Löschen antippen.
Hinzufügen einer Gruppe
Zum Senden von Faxnachrichten an mehrere einzelne Empfänger empfiehlt sich das Anlegen einer
Gruppe. Gruppen können sowohl zuvor programmierte Einzel- als auch Gruppeneinträge enthalten.
Hinweis: Ehe Gruppeneinträge angelegt werden können, müssen Einzeleinträge definiert werden.
1. Auf dem Steuerpult die Taste Gerätestatus drücken.
2. Am Touchscreen Verwaltung antippen.
