Senden von Faxnachrichten
Faxnachrichten über das integrierte Fax des Geräts senden:
1. Die Vorlage auf das Vorlagenglas bzw. in den Vorlageneinzug legen.
2. Am Steuerpult die Taste Betriebsartenstartseite drücken.
3. Fax antippen.
4. Um den Empfänger manuell einzugeben, einen der folgenden Schritte ausführen:
• Die Faxnummer über die Tastatur eingeben und Hinzufügen antippen.
• Neuer Empfänger antippen, über die Tastatur am Touchscreen die Nummer eingeben,
Hinzufügen und anschließend Schließen antippen.
5. Im Adressbuch gespeicherte Nummer verwenden:
a. Adressbuch antippen.
b. Alle öffentlichen Einträge auflisten oder Alle Gruppeneinträge auflisten in der Dropdown-
Liste antippen.
c. Die Pfeiltasten antippen, um durch die Liste zu scrollen.
d. Die gewünschte Adresse antippen.
e. Hinzufügen und anschließend Schließen antippen.
Hinweise:
• Das Adressbuch kann nur verwendet werden, wenn es Adressen enthält. Weitere
Informationen siehe Hinzufügen von Adressbucheinträgen auf Seite 160.
• Kettenwahl kann durchgeführt werden, während die Liste der Einzeleinträge im
Adressbuch angezeigt wird. Weitere Informationen siehe Kettenwahl auf Seite 161.
6. Deckblatt zufügen:
• Deckblatt und anschließend Deckblatt drucken antippen.
• Um einen zuvor erstellen Textbaustein hinzuzufügen Textbausteine antippen, dann unter
Empfänger oder Absender einen vorhandenen Textbaustein auswählen und Speichern
antippen. Weitere Informationen siehe Erstellen von Faxtexten auf Seite 162.
• Speichern antippen.
7. Bei Bedarf die Faxoptionen einstellen. Weitere Informationen siehe Faxoptionen auf Seite 155.
8. Die grüne Starttaste drücken. Die Seiten werden dann eingescannt und gefaxt.
Einfügen von Pausen in Faxnummern
Bei manchen Faxnummern müssen eine oder mehrere Wählpausen gemacht werden.
Wählpausen einfügen:
1. Den Anfang der Faxnummer über die Tastatur eingeben.
2. Die Taste Wählpause am Steuerpult drücken, um an der gewünschten Stelle eine Wählpause
einzufügen; die Pause wird als Bindestrich (-) dargestellt.
3. Den Rest der Faxnummer eingeben.
