Scanausgabe in einen Ablagebereich
im Netzwerk
Die Scanausgabe in einen Ablagebereich ist eine Netzwerk-Scanfunktion. Die gescannten Dokumente
werden in einem vom Systemadministrator eingerichteten Ablagebereich auf einem Netzwerkserver
gespeichert. Hierbei werden vom Systemadministrator definierte Scanprofile verwendet, die die
Scaneinstellungen und das Ablageziel vorgeben.
Hinweise:
• Die Scanausgabe in einen Ablagebereich im Netzwerk muss vom Systemadministrator
eingerichtet werden.
• Die Scanprofile müssen über CentreWare IS erstellt werden. Weitere Informationen siehe
System Administrator Guide (Systemadministratorhandbuch) unter
www.xerox.com/office/WC7120/7125docs.
Scannen und Scandatei an Ablagebereich auf Netzwerkserver ausgeben:
1. Die Vorlage auf das Vorlagenglas legen bzw. in den Vorlageneinzug einlegen.
2. Am Steuerpult die Taste Betriebsartenstartseite drücken.
3. Scanausgabe: Netzwerk antippen.
4. Das gewünschte Profil antippen.
5. Vorgegebene Scanprofileinstellungen überschreiben:
• Die Optionen Vorlagenfarbe, Vorlagenaufdruck, Vorlagenart und Scanfestwerte einstellen.

• Weitere Scanoptionen über die drei Register auf dem Touchscreen einrichten. Weitere

6. Die grüne Starttaste drücken.
