Scannen via een USB-aansluiting naar een map
op een computer
Opmerking: U moet Express-scanbeheer op uw computer installeren en een scanbestemming
maken voordat u deze functie kunt gebruiken. Zie Scannen instellen met USB op pagina 57 voor
meer informatie over Express-scanbeheer.
Als uw computer met een USB-kabel op de printer is aangesloten:
1. Plaats het originele document op de glasplaat of in de documentinvoer.
2. Druk op het bedieningspaneel op de knop Scannen.
3. Druk op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om Scannen naar computer (USB) te selecteren en druk
dan op OK.
4. Druk op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om de opties te selecteren die u wilt wijzigen. Zie
Scaninstellingen aanpassen op pagina 128 voor meer informatie.
5. Druk op Start om met scannen te beginnen.
Het dialoogvenster Xerox
®
WorkCentre 6505 (USB)-scanner verschijnt op uw computer, waarin u
wordt gevraagd welke toepassing moet worden gestart om het gescande bestand te beheren.
6. Selecteer WorkCentre 6505 Express-scanbeheer. Klik daarna op OK.
Opmerking: U kunt het vakje Dit programma altijd voor deze actie gebruiken om van dit
programma de standaardinstelling te maken.
De printer scant de documenten en verzendt de scan naar de uitvoerbestemming opgegeven in
Express-scanbeheer.
