De datum en de tijd instellen
Stel de datum en tijd op de printer in voordat u de printer gaat gebruiken om faxen te versturen. Het is
illegaal om een fax te verzenden zonder de correcte gegevens in de koptekst van de fax. Zie Faxen
inschakelen op de printer op pagina 37 voor meer informatie.
Zo stelt u de datum en tijd via het bedieningspaneel in:
1. Druk op de knop Systeem.
2. Druk op Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om Beheermenu te selecteren. Druk vervolgens op OK.
3. Druk op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om Systeeminstellingen te selecteren en druk dan op OK.
4. Druk op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om Klok-instellingen te selecteren en druk dan op OK.
5. Druk bij Datum en tijd instellen op OK.
6. Druk bij Tijdzone op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om de UTC-afwijking voor uw tijdzone te
selecteren. Druk vervolgens op OK.
Opmerking: De UTC-zone (Coordinated Universal Time) voor Pacific Standard-tijd is
bijvoorbeeld -08.00.
7. Druk bij Kies datum op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om de maand in te stellen en druk dan op
de Pijl vooruit.
8. Druk op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om de dag in te stellen en druk dan op de Pijl vooruit.
9. Druk op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om het jaar in te stellen en druk dan op OK.
10. Druk bij Kies tijd op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om het uur in te stellen en druk dan op de
Pijl vooruit.
11. Druk op de Pijl omhoog of Pijl omlaag om de minuten in te stellen en druk dan op OK.
12. Druk meerdere keren op Enter om naar het scherm Gereed terug te keren.
Opmerking: U kunt de datum en tijd ook instellen met behulp van CentreWare Internet Services.
