Beveiligde instellingen configureren via het
bedieningspaneel
In dit gedeelte worden de volgende onderdelen behandeld:

Gebruik dit menu om toegang tot printerfuncties te regelen.
Het menu Veilig instell. openen
1. Druk op de toets Apparaatstatus op het bedieningspaneel van de printer.
2. Druk op Hulpprogramma's > Beheerinstell.
3. Gebruik de pijltoets Omhoog of Omlaag om te bladeren en druk op Inst. Beveiligd.
Paneelvergrendeling instellen
1. Druk op het scherm Veilig instell. op Paneelvergrendeling > Inschakelen > OK.
2. Voer bij de vraag een vier-cijferige toegangscode in en druk op OK.
3. Voer bij de vraag de toegangscode nogmaals in.
4. Druk op de pijltoets Terug om terug te keren naar het vorige menu of druk op de knop
Startpagina Functies om terug te keren naar de Startpagina Functies.
Functies vergrendelen
In dit menu wordt een lijst met geïnstalleerde functies weergegeven en kunt u configureren hoe ze
op het bedieningspaneel worden weergegeven voor niet-geautoriseerde gebruikers. Voor elke functie
zijn een aantal toegangsniveaus beschikbaar.
• Ingeschakeld - hiermee krijgen niet-geautoriseerde gebruikers toegang tot de functie.
• Toegangscode vergrendeld - hiermee krijgen geautoriseerde gebruikers toegang tot de functie
nadat ze een toegangscode hebben ingevoerd.
• Toeg. code kleur vergr. - hiermee krijgen geautoriseerde gebruikers toegang tot een
kleurenfunctie, zoals kopiëren, nadat ze een toegangscode hebben ingevoerd.
• Uitgeschakeld - hiermee wordt de toegang tot de functie geblokkeerd voor niet-geautoriseerde
gebruikers.
Opmerking: Paneelslot moet worden ingeschakeld voordat de functievergrendeling wordt
ingeschakeld.
