Standaardwaarden voor inkomende faxen instellen via het bedieningspaneel
1. Druk op de toets Apparaatstatus op het bedieningspaneel van de printer.
2. Druk op Hulpprogramma's > Beheerinstell.
3. Selecteer Faxinstellingen.
4. Selecteer Standaardwaarden inkomend.
5. Gebruik de pijltoetsen Omhoog en Omlaag om door de lijsten te navigeren.
6. Selecteer Ontvangstmodus, selecteer dan de modus en vervolgens OK.
7. Selecteer Beltoonvolume, selecteer dan het gewenste volume en vervolgens OK. Bij de vraag
Start systeem opnieuw drukt u op Sluiten.
8. Selecteer Inst. Auto-antwoorden.
a. Selecteer de juiste instelling voor uw faxapparaat:
• Auto-antwoorden voor een faxlijn die zonder een telefoon of antwoordapparaat is
aangesloten.
• Auto-antwoorden Tel/Fax voor een faxlijn die is aangesloten op een telefoon.
• Auto-antwoorden Antw/Fax voor een faxlijn die is aangesloten op een
antwoordapparaat.
b. Voer naast uw selectie via het toetsenbord de wachttijd in voordat de printer de oproep
beantwoordt.
c. Druk op de pijltoets Terug om naar de standaardwaarden voor inkomend terug te keren.
9. Faxen van ongewenste bronnen weigeren:
a. Selecteer Junkfilter en kies vervolgens Aan of Uit.
b. Selecteer OK.
c. Bij de vraag Start systeem opnieuw drukt u op Sluiten.
d. Druk op de pijltoets Terug om naar de standaardwaarden voor inkomend terug te keren.
10. Beveiligde ontvangst instellen:
Opmerking: Om Beveiligde ontvangst te kunnen gebruiken, moet u eerst de Paneelvergrendeling
instellen.
a. Selecteer Beveiligde ontvangst.
b. Selecteer Beveil. ontv.instellingen en vervolgens Inschakelen, en voer dan een uit vier
cijfers bestaande PIN in.
c. Selecteer de pijltoets Terug om naar de standaardwaarden voor inkomend terug te keren.
11. Het doorsturen van faxen instellen:
a. Selecteer Inst. Doorsturen.
b. Selecteer Doorsturen, voer het gewenste nummer in en druk op OK om de fax door te
sturen zonder eerst af te drukken.
c. Selecteer Afdrukken en doorsturen, voer het gewenste nummer in en druk op OK om de
fax eerst af te drukken en dan door te sturen.
d. Bij de vraag Start systeem opnieuw drukt u op Sluiten.
12. Faxen 2-zijdig afdrukken:
a. Selecteer 2-zijdig afdrukken, selecteer dan Aan en klik op OK.
b. Bij de vraag Start systeem opnieuw drukt u op Sluiten.
