Handleiding voor de gebruiker
Het netwerkadresboek instellen
Voordat u het netwerkadresboek kunt gebruiken, moet u eerst de printer configureren voor
communicatie met de LDAP-server.
Het netwerkadresboek instellen:
1. Open een webbrowser op uw computer, typ het IP-adres van de printer in het adresveld en druk
dan op Enter of Return.
2. Klik op Eigenschappen > Protocollen > LDAP-server.
3. Voer voor IP-adres/hostnaam & poort het IP-adres of de DNS-naam van de LDAP-server in en
voer het poortnummer voor LDAP in.
4. Typ het pad naar de hoofddirectory voor zoeken in basis-DN-indeling in het veld
Zoekhoofddirectory.
Zie RFC 2849 - LDAP Data Interchange Format (LDIF) Technical Specification op de
IETF-website voor meer informatie over basis-DN-indelingen.
5. Voer een geldige aanmeldingsnaam en toegangscode in.
6. Selecteer een of meer opties.
− Om het netwerkadresboek in te schakelen voor de functie Scannen naar e-mail, selecteert u
E-mailserveradresboek.
− Om het netwerkadresboek in te schakelen voor de functie Faxen, selecteert u
Faxserveradresboek.
7. Klik op Wijzigingen opslaan.
