• PDF/A: Ein auf dem PDF-Format basierendes Standardformat für die langfristige Aufbewahrung
von Dokumenten. Möglicherweise muss die Zusatzeinstellung geprüft werden.
• Nur Bild: Die Datei wird für die Anzeige und den Druck optimiert und kann nicht geändert
werden.
• Durchsuchbar: Datei durchläuft einen OCR-Prozess (Optical Character Recognition -
Zeichenerkennung). Dies kann ein paar Minuten dauern. Danach kann der Text in der
Datei durchsucht und bearbeitet werden. Wird Durchsuchbar gewählt, wird das Menü
Dokumentsprache verfügbar. Die gewünschte Sprache aus dem Menü auswählen.

wendungen und Rechnerplattformen kompatibel ist. Für jedes gescannte Bild wird eine separate
Datei erstellt.
• JPEG (1 Datei pro Seite) (Joint Photographic Experts Group): Es wird eine komprimierte
Grafikdatei erstellt, die mit einer Reihe von Grafikanwendungen und Rechnerplattformen
kompatibel ist. Für jedes gescannte Bild wird eine separate Datei erstellt.
Speichern auswählen, um die Einstellungen zu speichern und die Funktion zu beenden.
