Über die Option Berichte werden folgende Einstellungen aufgerufen:
• Begleitblatt auf Seite 262
• Fehlerseite auf Seite 262
• Scanstatusblatt auf Seite 262
• Materialart und -farbe auf Seite 262
• Serverfaxstatusblatt auf Seite 262
Begleitblatt
Mit dieser Option kann für jeden Druckauftrag ein Begleitblatt ausgegeben werden. Die Begleitblatt-
ausgabe kann über den Druckertreiber für einzelne Aufträge deaktiviert werden.
• Ein für Begleitblatt drucken auswählen, um mit jedem Druckauftrag ein Begleitblatt auszugeben.
Wird kein Begleitblatt gewünscht, Aus antippen.
• Überschreiben durch Druckertreiber aktivieren, damit die Begleitblatteinstellung des Drucker-
treibers Vorrang vor der Geräteeinstellung hat.
Fehlerseite
Ermöglicht die Ausgabe einer Fehlerseite, wenn bei einem Druckauftrag ein Fehler auftritt.
• Ein: Drucken der Fehlerseite ist aktiviert.
• Aus: Es wird keine Fehlerseite gedruckt.
Scanstatusblatt
Diese Einstellung legt fest, ob bei Fertigstellung von Scanaufträgen ein Statusblatt gedruckt wird.
• Ein: Es wird ein Statusblatt für jeden Scanauftrag ausgegeben.
• Aus: Es wird kein Scanstatusblatt ausgegeben.
• Nur bei Fehlern: Ein Scanstatusblatt wird nur ausgegeben, wenn bei der Auftragsverarbeitung ein
Fehler aufgetreten ist.
Materialart und -farbe
Hier können die Art und Farbe des für Systemseiten verwendeten Druckmaterials angegeben werden.
• Materialart und -farbe auswählen.
Serverfaxstatusblatt
Diese Einstellung legt fest, ob bei Fertigstellung von Serverfaxaufträgen ein Statusblatt gedruckt wird.
• Ein: Es wird ein Statusblatt für jeden Serverfaxauftrag ausgegeben.
• Aus: Es wird kein Serverfaxstatusblatt ausgegeben.
• Nur bei Fehlern: Ein Serverfaxstatusblatt wird nur ausgegeben, wenn bei der Auftragsverarbeitung
ein Fehler aufgetreten ist.
