Reinigung des xerografischen Moduls
Über diese Option wird die Reinigung des xerografischen Moduls gestartet. Durch die regelmäßige
Reinigung hält das xerografische Modul (R2) länger und die Bildqualität bleibt erhalten.
• Reinigen auswählen. Am Touchscreen wird gemeldet, dass die Reinigung des xerografischen
Moduls läuft.
• Die Reinigung ist abgeschlossen, wenn die Meldung ausgeblendet wird.
Funktionsaktivierung
Diese Option zur Eingabe eines Funktionsaktivierungscodes, der vom Xerox Support Centre
bereitgestellt wurde, verwenden.
• Das Eingabefeld antippen und den Code über den Ziffernblock eingeben.
• Eingabe auswählen.
Priorität
Das Gerät kann mehrere Aufträge gleichzeitig verarbeiten. So ist zum Beispiel gleichzeitiges Scannen,
Senden eines Faxdokuments und Drucken möglich. In manchen Fällen benötigen zwei Aufträge die
gleichen Ressourcen. Für diese Fälle müssen Prioritäten festgelegt werden. Das Gerät erlaubt die
Änderung der Priorität von Druck- und Kopieraufträgen.
• Priorität: Festlegen, ob Kopier- oder Druckaufträge Vorrang haben. Mit den Pfeilschaltflächen die
Priorität für Kopier- und Druckaufträge auswählen. Je kleiner die Zahl, umso höher die Priorität.
• FIFO: Verarbeitung der Aufträge erfolgt in der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs in der Auftragsliste.
Berechtigungen
Zum Löschen eines Auftrags aus der Liste der aktiven Aufträge ist eine entsprechende Berechtigung
erforderlich. Mithilfe dieser Funktion kann der Administrator die Berechtigungen zum Löschen
einstellen.
• Alle Benutzer: Alle Benutzer sind zum Löschen von Aufträgen aus der Warteschlange berechtigt.
• Nur Systemadministrator: Nur der Systemadministrator darf Aufträge aus der Warteschlange
löschen.
Konfigurationsbericht
Mit dieser Funktion wird die Ausgabe des Konfigurationsberichts beim Einschalten des Geräts
gesteuert.
• Ein: Es wird ein Konfigurationsbericht beim Starten des Geräts ausgegeben.
• Aus: Es wird kein Konfigurationsbericht beim Starten des Geräts ausgegeben.
• Jetzt drucken: Konfigurationsbericht wird sofort gedruckt.
