Scanausgabe an USB-Datenträger
Beim Scannen eines Dokuments kann die resultierende Datei auf einem USB-Datenträger gespeichert
werden. Wenn der USB-Datenträger in den USB-Speicheranschluss eingesteckt wird, wird automatisch
die Option zur Scanausgabe an USB angezeigt. Wird die Option gewählt, werden Dokumente
automatisch mit den Standard-Scaneinstellungen gescannt. Sind für den Auftrag andere
Scaneinstellungen erforderlich, diese vor dem Einstecken des USB-Datenträgers ändern. Informationen
zum Ändern der Scaneinstellungen siehe Wählen der Funktionseinstellungen auf Seite 50.
Hinweis: Welche Optionen verfügbar sind, hängt von der Konfigurationsvariante ab.
1. Vorlagen mit der zu scannenden Seite nach unten auf das Vorlagenglas oder mit der zu
scannenden Seite nach oben in den Vorlageneinzug legen.
2. Einen USB-Datenträger in den USB-Speicheranschluss des Geräts einstecken. Das USB-Menü wird
automatisch angezeigt.
Hinweis: Im Energiesparmodus erkennt das Gerät nicht, wenn in den USB-Anschluss ein
USB-Datenträger eingesteckt wird. Das Gerät mit einer beliebigen Taste aktivieren und den
USB-Datenträger erneut in den Anschluss einstecken.
3. Mit der Auf- oder Ab-Pfeiltaste Scannen nach USB markieren, dann OK drücken.
4. Der Scanvorgang beginnt, dann wird die Frage angezeigt, ob eine weitere Seite gescannt werden
soll.
Um eine weitere Seite zu scannen, mit der Links- oder Rechtspfeiltaste Ja markieren, dann OK
drücken. Eine Vorlage einlegen und Start drücken.
Andernfalls mit der Links- oder Rechtspfeiltaste Nein markieren, dann OK drücken.
Nach Abschluss des Scanvorgangs kann der USB-Datenträger herausgenommen werden.
