7. In het gedeelte Scannen naar e-mail:
a. Selecteer een van de volgende e-mailtypen in het vervolgkeuzemenu Origineelsoort:
•Tekst
•Tekst/Foto
•Foto
b. Selecteer een van de volgende e-mailtypen in het vervolgkeuzemenu Origineelformaat:
•Letter
•Legal
•A4
•Folio
•A5
•B5(JIS)
•Executive
c. Selecteer een van de volgende scanresoluties in het vervolgkeuzemenu Resolutie:
•100 dpi
•200 dpi
•300 dpi
d. Selecteer een van de volgende scankleurtypen in het vervolgkeuzemenu Afleveringskleur:
• Zwart/wit
•Grijstinten
•Kleur
e. Selecteer een van de volgende e-mailbijlage-indelingen in het vervolgkeuzemenu
Bestandsindeling:
•Multi-PDF
• TIFF met meerdere pagina's
•Single TIFF
•JPEG
• Single-PDF
f. Selecteer de gewenste optie voor Lichter/donkerder.
8. Selecteer Toepassen om de wijzigingen op te slaan.
9. Selecteer OK wanneer het bevestigingsbericht verschijnt.
10. Selecteer Scannen naar e-mail in het menu aan de linkerkant.
a. Voer een geldig e-mailadres in bij het veld Standaardafz.: Adres.
b. Voer de benodigde gegevens in bij het veld Standaardonderwerp.
c. Schakel het selectievakje Standaard gebruiken bij Scannen naar e-mail uit om de
standaardtekst in de e-mail te wijzigen.
d. Bij de velden Sneltoetsadres 1 - Sneltoetsadres 6 voert u voor elke sneltoets standaard vaste
gegevens in. De standaardinstellingen voor veelgebruikte adressen zijn al geconfigureerd
voor .com, .org, .net, .gov en .tv.
e. Schakel als dit nodig is de selectievakjes in van 'Van'-adres bewerken en 'Van'-adres
vervangen.
